Neighbors In Need Of Services, Inc. and Region 19 Head Start are proud to be hosting the 2018 Head Start and Early Head Start South by Southwest Training Conference in Corpus Christi, Texas from July 24-26, 2018. The South by Southwest Training Conference is a collaborative effort between Head Start/Early Head Start programs located in Texas' South and Southwestern regions. The collaboration’s mission is to provide quality and effective professional development to the early childhood education community. The content of the conference sessions is designed to meet the training needs of the attendees’ positions. The conference program tracks include administration, family services, education from birth to 5 years, mental health, family engagement, health and nutrition, disabilities, ERSEA, and transportation.
